Often seen in large flocks of colourful, noisy birds high in the treetops, the Rainbow Lorikeet are usually found in rainforests, coastal areas and increasingly urban areas due to loss of their habitat. Spread throughout Indonesia, Australia and Papua New Guinea, these striking birds can live up to 30 years and pair for life.
